Job summary

SeatGeek is hiring Data Analyst Interns for summer 2027. As a member of the Analytics team, you will develop questions, conduct exploratory analyses, build data models in our data warehouse, and create dashboards in Looker and Mixpanel.

Over twelve weeks, you’ll work closely with Business, Product, Design, and UX stakeholders, gaining experience with the fast-paced live events industry. This is a 12-week summer Internship Program with a hybrid work style.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled college student set to graduate in spring/summer 2028; ideally quantitative major.
• Experience using SQL to query data and generate insights.
• Solid business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to tell a story with data to guide decisions.
• Experience building reports in a BI tool is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in core analytics competencies: EDA, insight generation, reporting, KPI definition, A/B testing.
• Build measurement frameworks and reporting through AI tools; collaborate with engineers for rapid feature iteration.
• Communicate learnings and recommendations to stakeholders to influence decisions.
• Work with senior Data Team members to develop and execute stakeholder roadmaps.
• Promote data best practices and documentation within the Data team and with business partners.
