Work with designers, developers, marketers, and analysts to translate user insights into actionable design solutions. This internship emphasizes accessibility, usability, and customer satisfaction, with opportunities to contribute to design systems and content

Qualifications

Strong interest in user-centered design and digital experiences.
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Basic understanding of UX research methods and usability principles.
Clear and effective design communication; collaborative and eager to learn.
Experience with prototyping and wireframing is a plus.
Exposure to web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is beneficial but not required.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Assist in designing web and mobile interfaces aligned with brand and accessibility standards.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation to communicate design intent.
Analyze user behavior using tools like Clarity, Firebase or Google Analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and component libraries.
Support content strategy efforts by structuring content for clarity and engagement.
Advocate for inclusive design and accessibility best practices.
Present design concepts and research findings to stakeholders.
