Job summary

Arize AI, Inc is seeking a UX Design Engineer to own the end-to-end user experience for its AI observability platform. The role emphasizes craft and usability, with space to refine UX for technical users in a fast-growing Series C company.

The ideal candidate has an engineering background, experience with complex tools or B2B SaaS, and proficiency in Figma for designing flows and interactions. A strong portfolio showing design systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Engineering background and frontend experience in complex tools or B2B SaaS.
• Experience refining UX through research and iterative design.
• Proficiency with Figma to wireframe and create flows.

Responsibilities

• Own the look and experience of the product end to end.
• Identify pain points through user research and observations.
• Prototype interactions in Figma or code to test approaches.
• Collaborate with Senior engineers to refine interfaces and architecture.
• Run usability tests and build reusable interaction patterns.
• Refactor complex forms into multi-step workflows.
