In this remote role, you’ll help train the next generation of designers by articulating what good design looks like and how it serves users, drawing on a portfolio of product, UX, or visual design work.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in product, UX, or visual design with a portfolio.
• Sharp eye for usability, hierarchy, typography, and accessibility.
• Clear written English; explanations are the training signal.
• No degree required; focus on what you can do, not where you learned it.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI design work across user flows, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Catch the failures under the polish: clumsy flows, weak hierarchy, accessibility problems.
• Write the stronger critique with design rationale a good reviewer would give.
