Qualifications

• Portfolio in product, UX, or visual design.
• Sharp eye for usability, hierarchy, typography, and accessibility.
• Clear written English: explanations are the training signal.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI design work across user flows, layout and visual hierarchy to judge user value.
• Catch failures under polish: clumsy flows, weak hierarchy, accessibility issues.
• Write stronger critique with design rationale when models fall short.
