Job Title: UX Data Researcher / Data Analyst

Location: REMOTE – EST hours

Duration: Contract to hire!

Requirements:

• 3 years of data analysis and reporting experience.
• 2-3 years of experience using Tableau
• 2-3 years of experience with SQL writing data queries
• Proficient in data visualization and developing dashboards.
• Experience in writing detailed reports and presenting data findings/analysis.
• Strong in Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Preferred Requirements:

• Advanced experience with a survey creation platform (Question Pro, Qualtrics)
• Snowflake or Data Bricks experience

Job Functions:

• Create surveys and trackers to support all products and initiatives.
• Advanced, survey focused, data visualizations (Tableau, Excel, Sheets).
• Report writing and presenting data.
• Act as backup for all functions of current data researchers
• Provide support to UX researchers on report creation that involves data visualization.
• Quickly pivot with new data to ensure a constant flow of player insights are output as updated player survey data is received to ensure we are always reporting on timely and relevant findings.
• Contribute to overall needs of the UXR team e.g. peer review, supporting other teams with survey expertise, etc.
• Contribute survey expertise to assist others in the company with the creation of surveys.
