Job Summary

UX/CX Sales Lead are responsible for promoting our company's services. This critical role identifies and researches potential clients, engages with prospects, describes our services, and closes sales. A UX/CX Sales Lead leverages industry knowledge to understand customer needs and apply consultative selling techniques to lead solution definitions and proposals. Our approach is highly collaborative and requires orchestrating efforts across client and internal teams, building deep relationships along the way.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Leverage industry knowledge to build relationships, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions that drive revenue and customer success.
  2. Engage with prospects and existing clients through consultative selling to uncover pain points and guide them to suitable solutions.
  3. Collaborate with solution teams and experts to develop customized solutions for client challenges.
  4. Define client value and relevance of solutions using industry KPIs.
  5. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to provide strategic guidance.
  6. Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  7. Coordinate with leadership to grow revenue and expand accounts, especially in acquiring new clients.
  8. Learn and understand go-to-market strategies, key service offerings, and sales motions.
  9. Identify and close new accounts and opportunities in designated industry areas.
  10. Manage sales performance, including pipeline health.
  11. Lead industry marketing efforts in partnership with leadership.
  12. Coordinate renewal and expansion opportunities.
  13. Generate new logo opportunities through various activities.
  14. Sustain CRM as the single source of truth.
  15. Participate in account planning and execute on pursuit and close plans.
  16. Build pursuit plans for leads and follow up to nurture and close opportunities.
Basic Qualifications
  • 8+ years in selling professional, consulting, or digital services with a proven quota exceeding record within BFSI.
  • 3+ years in digital product design, UX, research, and innovation.
  • 2+ years understanding PoV of GenAI and AI technologies in BFSI.
  • 8+ years in leadership roles with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • 8+ years engaging with senior executives, partners, and customers, with excellent communication skills.
Desired Skills
  • Effective communication at all organizational levels.
  • Experience selling outcome-based work over staff augmentation.
  • Strong persuasion skills to align client problems with solutions.
Location

Various US locations including New York City, Charlotte, Atlanta, Chicago, Midwest, South, or Northeast.

Additional Information

Starting pay range: $165,500 - $225,600, depending on location and experience.
