Launch by NTT is looking for a UX/CX Sales Lead - BFSI (US Remote) for Banking and Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI).

Job Summary

The UX/CX Sales Lead is responsible for promoting our company's services. This critical role identifies and researches potential clients, engages with prospects, describes our services, and closes sales. A UX/CX Sales Lead leverages deep industry knowledge and expertise to understand customer needs and apply consultative selling techniques to lead the definition of solutions and proposals. Our approach is highly collaborative and requires orchestrating efforts across client and internal teams, building deep and lasting relationships.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Leverage deep industry knowledge to build relationships, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions that drive revenue and customer success.
  2. Engage with prospects and existing clients through consultative selling to uncover pain points and business needs, guiding them to optimal solutions.
  3. Work closely with solution teams and practice experts to develop customized solutions addressing client challenges.
  4. Define client value and relevance of solutions using industry KPIs.
  5. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to provide strategic advice.
  6. Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners, anticipating their needs.
  7. Collaborate with leadership to grow revenue and expand existing accounts, especially in finding new buyers.
  8. Learn and understand go-to-market strategies, service offerings, sales plays, messages, and motions.
  9. Identify and close new accounts and opportunities, with the ability to travel as needed.
  10. Manage sales performance and pipeline health within the industry area.
  11. Lead industry marketing efforts in partnership with leadership and marketing teams.
  12. Coordinate renewal and expansion SOWs as needed.
  13. Generate new logos through various activities and motions.
  14. Ensure CRM is maintained as the single source of truth.
  15. Participate in account planning and execute on pursuit and close plans.
  16. Build pursuit plans for leads and follow up to qualify and close opportunities.
Basic Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience selling professional, consulting, or digital services with a proven track record in BFSI.
  • 3+ years' experience in digital product design, UX, research, and innovation.
  • 2+ years' understanding of GenAI and AI technologies in the industry.
  • 8+ years in leadership roles with organizational and planning skills.
  • 8+ years engaging with senior executives, partners, and customers, with excellent communication skills.
Desired Skills
  • Effective communication at all organizational levels.
  • Experience selling outcome-based work.
  • Strong persuasion skills to align client problems with solutions.

The starting pay range is $165,500 - $225,600, depending on experience and location.
