Job Summary

UX/CX Sales Leads are responsible for promoting our company's services. This critical role identifies and researches potential clients, engages with prospects, describes our services, and closes sales. A UX/CX Sales Lead leverages deep industry knowledge and expertise to understand customer needs and apply consultative selling techniques to lead the definition of solutions and proposals. Our approach is highly collaborative and often requires orchestrating and executing across client and internal personnel, building deep and lasting relationships.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Leverage industry knowledge to build relationships, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions that drive revenue and customer success.
  2. Engage with prospects and existing clients through consultative selling to uncover pain points and guide them to suitable solutions.
  3. Work with solution teams and practice experts to develop customized solutions addressing client challenges.
  4. Define client value and relevance of solutions using industry KPIs.
  5. Maintain understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to provide strategic guidance.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners, anticipating needs.
  7. Collaborate with leadership to grow revenue and expand accounts, including finding new buyers.
  8. Learn and understand go-to-market strategies, key service offerings, and sales motions.
  9. Identify and close new accounts and opportunities, with the ability to travel as needed.
  10. Manage sales performance, including pipeline health.
  11. Lead industry marketing efforts in partnership with leadership.
  12. Coordinate renewal and expansion SOWs.
  13. Generate new logo opportunities through various activities.
  14. Maintain CRM as the single source of truth.
  15. Participate in account planning and execute on pursuit and close plans.
  16. Build pursuit plans for leads and follow up to qualify and close opportunities.
Basic Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in selling professional, consulting, or digital services with a proven quota exceeding record in BFSI.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital product design, UX, research, and innovation.
  • 2+ years of understanding PoV of GenAI and AI technologies for the industry.
  • 8+ years in leadership roles with skills in critical thinking, organization, and multi-tasking.
  • 8+ years engaging with senior executives, partners, and customers, with excellent communication skills.
Desired Skills
  • Effective communication at all organizational levels.
  • Experience selling outcome-based work rather than staff augmentation.
  • Strong persuasion skills to align client problems with solutions.

Compensation: The starting pay range for this remote role is $165,500 - $225,600, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
