Job summary

Mpact Home Services is seeking a motivated Web Developer to design, build, and optimize WordPress websites across our home service brands. You will create conversion-focused landing pages and ensure fast, accessible experiences on mobile and desktop.

Collaborating with marketing and creative teams, you’ll troubleshoot issues, improve performance, and implement UX improvements that drive customer engagement and lead generation.

Qualifications

• WordPress, Elementor and modern frontend tech stack experience.
• Experience building and maintaining WordPress websites.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Figma and UX/UI design experience.
• Landing page optimization and CRO familiarity.
• Technical SEO and site performance optimization.
• Core Web Vitals, PageSpeed and caching knowledge.
• Experience with Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity.
• Basic understanding of accessibility (WCAG).

Responsibilities

• Design, build and improve websites across multiple home service brands.
• Create landing pages that generate leads and increase conversions.
• Optimize user experience (UX) to improve customer engagement.
• Build and maintain responsive mobile first websites.
• Troubleshoot bugs and technical issues.
• Improve website speed, SEO and overall performance.
• Test websites across browsers and devices to ensure a seamless experience.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Help build a best in class digital experience for our customers.
