Tyrula, LLC is seeking a versatile User Experience Professional to drive user research, UX/UI design, business analysis, and AI-enabled design within government and commercial systems. This role bridges discovery, requirements, prototyping, usability testing, and collaboration with business and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or relevant associate degree with experience in UX fields.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• 5+ years in UX research, UX/UI design, business analysis, or related disciplines.
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design artifacts.
• Excellent analytical, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research activities; synthesize findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Create user journeys, service blueprints, workflows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop user-centered design solutions balancing user needs, business goals, accessibility, and technical constraints.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, product teams, and stakeholders to align designs with implementation realities.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, design reviews, and collaborative sessions to understand objectives.
• Analyze workflows, processes, and constraints to identify improvement opportunities and inform UX solutions.
• Contribute to AI-assisted design, development, and product delivery approaches where appropriate.
• Present findings, recommendations, and business insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
