Tonkin Reconditioning Center is Hiring a UVI Technician

The Tonkin Reconditioning Center supports all Tonkin dealerships throughout the Portland Metro, providing vehicle reconditioning and Used Vehicle Inspections (UVIs) to ensure our inventory meets the highest standards before reaching our sales lots. As our operations continue to grow, we’re looking to add a dependable UVI Technician to our team.

This role is ideal for someone with automotive knowledge who enjoys consistency, process-driven work, and being part of a centralized operation that keeps multiple dealerships running smoothly. OEM certifications are not required for this position.

About The Role

As a UVI Technician, you will be responsible for performing detailed used vehicle inspections and light reconditioning tasks prior to vehicles being distributed to Tonkin dealerships. Accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency are essential in this role, as your work directly impacts vehicle quality, safety, and readiness for sale.

UVI Technician Benefits And Compensation

Flat-Rate of $23.00 to $31.00 per hour depending on certifications. Top technicians are able to complete up to 250 hours per month!

Qualifications

UVI Technician Qualifications
