Job summary

Fox Group is seeking a UV Tender / Operator in Training to support safe, efficient operation of UV production equipment while developing skills toward becoming an UV Operator. You will assist with material handling, inspections, documentation, and routine machine care in a manufacturing environment.

As training progresses, you will learn startup/shutdown, make-ready, setups, changeovers, adjustments, troubleshooting, and other operator duties under supervision, with a clear development pathway

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to learn manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Ability to lift/move materials up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail; safety-conscious.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/overtime.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with UV production equipment operation under training.
• Review job jackets and verify materials/specifications.
• Feed materials and monitor quality of finished work.
• Pack finished goods per quality/production standards.
• Complete production counts and required paperwork.
• Perform quality inspections and document results.
• Assist with cleaning, changeovers, and routine machine care.
• Follow safety protocols for UV inks and chemicals.
• Progress toward Operator position with training on setups, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
