Job summary

4over, Inc. in the Dayton area (Huber Heights, OH) is seeking a UV Offline Finishing Operator for the 2nd shift. This in-person role requires setup, adjustment and safe operation of UV finishing equipment to deliver high-quality finished products that meet customer specs.

Primary schedule is 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with eight or more hours per day based on business needs. HS diploma and 1–2 years of UV finishing experience preferred; training may occur at other times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years experience with UV finishing equipment (Sakurai press preferred).
• Ability to read and understand English safety and work instructions.
• Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Setup and adjust UV finishing apparatus per job specs.
• Monitor print quality and ensure color accuracy and registration.
• Meet daily production schedules and document results.
• Unload finished products and stack on pallets.
• Maintain equipment per maintenance guidelines and housekeeping.
• Attend department meetings and adhere to safety policies.
