Job summary

Fabuwood, a leading kitchen cabinet manufacturer in the United States, seeks a dependable UV Paint Line Machine Operator to oversee the UV coating production line, ensuring safe, efficient operation and top quality finishes.

You will monitor line performance, adjust machine settings, load materials, and verify finished products meet specifications while maintaining clean, organized work areas and following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in paint production, coating, finishing, or industrial production environment.
• Experience operating industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain UV paint line equipment to ensure continuous and efficient production.
• Set up and adjust machine settings to meet production specifications and quality requirements.
• Monitor line performance, production output, and product quality throughout the shift.
• Ensure materials, coatings, and supplies are loaded and available to support uninterrupted production.
• Verify finished products meet company quality standards and specifications.
