Job summary

MCC Manufacturing, Inc. – Napa, CA, seeks a PS FA4 Press Operator and Manufacturing Engineering Specialist to operate Gallus EMS510 and Nilpeter FA4 presses, troubleshoot processes, and ensure 5S standards.

The role includes tooling evaluation, engineering support, and process validation for advanced wine label presses. The candidate will work in a manufacturing environment, applying engineering knowledge to optimize performance, quality, and throughput while using Radius MIS for production

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or manufacturing engineering technology.
• 1 year of experience in the listed skillsets.
• Experience operating high-end label presses and related equipment.
• Familiarity with 5S and production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate Gallus EMS510 (20”, 11 color UV) and Nilpeter FA4 (17”, 11 color UV) presses.
• Troubleshoot printing processes to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Inspect equipment and maintain a 5S compliant work cell.
• Utilize Radius MIS for job configuration and data tracking.
• Review and approve tooling files before procurement.
• Provide engineering support and guide press operators on calibration and processes.
• Participate in engineering qualification, validation, and testing of presses.
