Job summary

Fabuwood is seeking a UV Paint Line Machine Operator to oversee the UV coating production line. You will operate, monitor, and maintain line equipment, adjust settings, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Ideal candidates have experience in industrial painting or finishing, strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced cabinet manufacturing environment. This role includes weekly pay, health benefits, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Experience in paint production, coating, finishing, or industrial production environments.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment.

• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain UV paint line equipment to ensure continuous production.
• Set up and adjust machine settings to meet production specifications.
• Monitor line performance and product quality; verify finished products meet standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular quality checks and support process improvements.
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements; maintain a clean work area.
