Heads Up Technologies in Addison, TX is seeking a detail-oriented PL Bonding Technician to seal inserts and end caps to PL tracks using UV-curable adhesives. You will work with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet customer and regulatory standards.

This on-site role requires reading technical drawings, accurate data entry, and teamwork in a safety-focused environment, with daytime hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, diagrams and assembly instructions.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Seal end caps to PL tracks and cure adhesive using UV heads.
• Inspect finished work for debris and leaks; record results in database.
• Install labels and ensure traceability through documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams.
• Support continuous improvement and safety compliance.
