Job summary

Heads Up Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented PL Bonding Technician to seal and secure inserts and end caps to PL tracks. This role uses UV equipment to cure adhesive and works closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and company quality standards.

Production and inspection tasks include sealing end caps, curing adhesive with UV equipment, labeling, and ensuring traceability through documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Seal end caps to PL tracks.
• Use UV curing equipment to cure adhesive on end caps.
• Install labels as required.
• Inspect completed work for foreign objects or debris (FOD) and fingerprints.
• Perform dunk testing to identify leaks or impurities.
• Record completion and sign off in the database for traceability.
