Job summary

National Inspection & Consultants (NIC), part of Element Materials Technology, seeks experienced Level II Ultrasonic Shear Wave (UTSW) Technicians for contract work in Pennsylvania. You will perform UTSW examinations on structural steel welds and conduct quality-driven NDT inspections of fabricated components.

Qualifications

• Certification: Current Level II qualification/certification in Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
• Experience performing Ultrasonic Shear Wave (UTSW) examinations
• Experience inspecting structural steel welds

Responsibilities

• Perform Ultrasonic Shear Wave (UTSW) examinations on structural steel welds
• Conduct quality-driven NDT inspection activities on fabricated components
• Document and report inspection findings per client specifications and standards
• Maintain ITAR compliance with regulatory standards
