Calvary Healing Center is seeking an UR Manager to oversee utilization management, case documentation, and payer relationships. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and department administration to support quality care and optimal reimbursement.
The position is full-time at our Phoenix location, with responsibilities spanning program oversight and collaboration with external review organizations to ensure compliant, effective treatment planning.
Shift: Daytime
Sign on bonus: $1,500
For over 60 years, Calvary Healing Center has provided a full continuum of care, specializing in addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area and Nationwide. Calvary’s proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers on‑site detoxification and in‑patient treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). We also have satellite clinics offering Intensive Outpatient Programs in the West Valley region and Metropolitan Phoenix. Through our programs we offer many other holistic healing and treatment options complementing our services ranging from yoga, art workshops, and music.
Summary of URM Duties: The UR Manager oversees utilization management including, but not limited to: utilization review, case documentation, payer relationships, regulatory requirements, staff management, and department administration. Supports the overall success of the facility and promotes patient satisfaction, regulatory compliance and optimal reimbursement.
Position: Full‑Time. Shift: Daytime. This position includes a $1,500 sign on bonus.
