Job summary

Calvary Healing Center is seeking a Licensed Therapist (PRN) to provide direct patient care within our behavioral health programs in the Phoenix area. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans and facilitating group therapy to support recovery in adults and patients across various program tracks.

The role requires Arizona licensure, fingerprint clearance, and compliance with safety and training requirements.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in counseling or related field required.
• Arizona State Licensure (LPC/LAC/LISAC/LASAC/LMSW/LCSW) required.
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• BLS and First Aid Certification must be completed within 30 days of employment.
• Handle With Care Training completed within 30 days of employment.
• Experience working within an IOP and PHP Program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients and ensure safety of patients and staff.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Facilitate group therapy to optimize peer experiences and input.

For over 60 years, Calvary Healing Center has provided a full continuum of care, specializing in addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area and Nationwide. Calvary’s proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. The flagship location in Phoenix offers on-site detoxification and in-patient treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). We also have a satellite clinic offering Intensive Outpatient Programs in the West Valley region. Through our programs we offer many other holistic healing and treatment options complementing our services ranging from yoga, art workshops, and music.

Responsibilities

To provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients to ensure the safety and well being of patients and staff. Create and implement individualized treatment plan for patients in a timely manner. Treatment plan is consistent with the needs indicated in psycho-social history and appropriate assessments. Facilitate group therapy in a manner that optimizes peer experiences and input.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in counseling related.
• Arizona State Licensure (LPC/LAC/LISAC/LASAC/LMSW/LCSW)
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Successful completion of BLS and First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment
• Successful completion of Handle With Care Training, within 30 days of employment
• Experience working within a IOP and PHP Program
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
