Job summary

Freeman Health in Omaha, NE is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide Utilization Review and Case Management for Emergency Department patients with discharge needs. You’ll help coordinate care, ensure appropriate disposition, and support hospital-wide UR/CM activities as time allows.

The role requires state licensure (or compact) and 3–5 years of nursing experience, with ED exposure preferred. This is a full-time, remote/hybrid after training period position with Freeman benefiting from a

What You'll Do

Provide Utilization Review and Case Management to the Emergency Department population who present with social and or discharge needs which may prevent them from returning to their current environment. Will provide hospital wide Utilization Review and Case Management coverage as needed and time allows.

Requirements:

RN - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required

Preferred Requirements

3-5 years of total nursing experience preferred.
