Job summary

Freeman Health System in Joplin, MO is seeking a registered nurse to lead Utilization Review and Case Management for the Emergency Department population, focusing on patients with social or discharge needs that may hinder return to their environment. After training, hybrid remote work is available.

The ideal candidate will hold MO (or compact) RN licensure and have 3–5 years of nursing experience, with preferred UR/CM experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required in MO or a compact state.
• 3–5 years of total nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in utilization review or case management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Utilization Review and Case Management to ED patients with discharge needs.
• Provide hospital-wide UR/CM coverage as needed and within capacity.
