Job summary

Calvary Healing Center in Phoenix is seeking a full-time Utilization Review Coordinator for daytime shifts. The role focuses on clinical screening of admissions, creating treatment plans, and coordinating with the treatment team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, mental health, or nursing from an accredited program.
• Minimum 2 years direct clinical experience in psychiatric/mental health settings.
• Experience with treatment planning and liaison with external review organizations.
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card and current BLS/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient treatment activities and admissions screening.
• Develop and establish patient treatment plans with the treatment team.
• Interface with external case managers and managed care organizations.

Calvary’s proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers onsite detoxification and in-patient treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). We also have a satellite clinic offering Intensive Outpatient Programs in the West Valley region. Through our programs we offer many other holistic healing and treatment options complementing our services ranging from yoga, art workshops, and music.

Summary of UR Coordinator Duties:

The UR Coordinator is responsible for managing the treatment activities offered to the patient, including the appropriate clinical screening of admissions, establishment of treatment plans and interace with the treatment team/external case managers/managed care organizations.

• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Completion of BLS & First Aid Certification, within 30 days of employment.
• Completion of Handle With Care Training, within 30 days of employment
