Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
• Bachelor's degree and/or healthcare background are preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or treatment setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage UR/authorization requests and ensure timely approvals.
• Collaborate with billing and clinical teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain compliant electronic UR documentation and workflows.
• Support cross-facility UR process improvements.
