Job summary

UCI Health is seeking a Supervisor, Utilization Management to lead front-line supervision, workflow coordination, and operational oversight across hospitals. You will ensure timely admission reviews, continue stay reviews, and determinations while aligning with standardized criteria and regulatory guidelines.

The role partners with physicians, case management, revenue cycle, patient access, and other teams to drive outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Case Management experience.
• Current California RN license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily utilization management workflow across multiple hospitals.
• Coordinate staffing, productivity, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with physicians, case management, revenue cycle and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure adherence to evidence-based medical necessity criteria and regulatory requirements.
