Job summary

tango seeks a UM Clinical Support Specialist to join our Phoenix team. This non-clinical role supports the Utilization Management leaders by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data, maintaining utilization and productivity logs, and developing essential reports.

You will assist with reviewing referrals for completeness, obtaining clinical information when needed, handling non-clinical calls, and supporting compliance, training, and appeals processes, as part of a collaborative healthcare

Qualifications

• Associate degree in healthcare admin or related field required; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in healthcare support, data collection, and reporting.
• Experience supporting clinical teams and handling admin tasks in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Data collection and analysis support for UM leadership.
• Create and manage reports on utilization, productivity, and trends.
• Review referrals for missing clinical documentation.
• Assist with non-clinical calls and administrative tasks.
• Monitor staff training compliance and logs.
• Respond to portal tickets and maintain data logs.
