Job Summary

The Utility Yard Worker is responsible for various maintenance tasks, including maintaining clean and well-groomed grounds around the facility.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Management reserves the right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time.

• Mows grass and clips weeds to maintain the landscaping of the facility.
• Paints equipment and buildings as part of preventive maintenance.
• Maintains cleanliness around dumpsters, picks up trash, and cleans trash barrels.
• Cleans the interior of the plant, including showers, restrooms, and breakroom.
• Follows all company safety rules and regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or agricultural settings preferred.
• Prior maintenance or janitorial experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• Dependable and reliable.
