Job summary

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. This individual will support a building or a facility by doing things like changing light bulbs, cleaning spills, emptying trash and light mechanical maintenance. They will also do regular housekeeping to keep areas clean and safe. The Utility Technician will report safety hazards and larger maintenance problems to the customer. The Utility Technician must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.

• Perform regular housekeeping to keep areas clean and safe.
• Report safety hazards and larger maintenance problems to the customer.
• Show flexibility and willingness to complete all assigned tasks.

Pay

Pay: $24.00 per hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Schedule

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm
