ABM Industries is looking for a Utility Technician in Minnetonka, Minnesota, to provide maintenance and support for clients by handling various tasks such as changing light bulbs, performing light mechanical maintenance, and ensuring the cleanliness of facilities.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. This individual will support a building or a facility by changing light bulbs, cleaning spills, emptying trash and performing light mechanical maintenance. They will also do regular housekeeping to keep areas clean and safe. The Utility Technician will report safety hazards and larger maintenance problems to the customer. The Utility Technician must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
Ideal candidates will possess a positive, can-do attitude and understand the importance of building strong client partnerships through excellent communication. We are looking for someone who adapts quickly to change and is able to provide win-win solutions for both the client and ABM.
$24.00 per hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm
