Job summary

SSP America at Fratellos inside Appleton Airport is hiring a Utility Worker to keep our restaurant clean and sanitized for guests and teammates.

Expect to clean surfaces and equipment, stock items, clear tables, assist guests, and help with transfers between storage and kitchen. Must be 18+, have 6 months in retail or food service, and read and speak English. We offer $18.00 per hour, 2 weeks PTO and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Proficient in verbal and written communication for guest interactions.
• Strong command of English to read instructions and communicate clearly.
• Experience delivering friendly customer service in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize work areas and surfaces per standards.
• Stock, rotate, and check food items and maintain cleanliness of equipment.
• Assist guests and transport service ware as needed; load/unload supplies.
• Identify and communicate guest special requests to team members.
