Job summary

SSP is hiring Utility Workers for Fratellos, located inside the Appleton Airport. You will keep dining areas clean and sanitized, assist guests, and support kitchen and service staff in daily operations.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with 6 months in retail/food service, and possess basic English communication with a high school diploma preferred. We offer pay at $18/hour and two weeks of PTO, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• 6 months' experience in retail or food service.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to read, speak and understand English.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Food handlers permit and brand certification as required.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Keep restaurant clean and sanitized for guests and team.
• Clear and reset tables between seatings and transport wares.
• Wash dishes by hand or load dishwasher and store properly.
• Clean equipment with chemicals to sanitary standards.
• Assist guests and communicate special needs to staff.
• Stock, rotate, and monitor temperature of food items.
