Job Description: Utilities Worker

Essential Duties:

• Maintain cleanliness required for the operation of ISO 4 and ISO 5 Cleanrooms, and perform associated duties.
• Work may extend beyond Cleanroom environments to areas such as offices, conference rooms, laboratories, corridors, kitchens, restrooms, and mechanical spaces.
• Occasionally work outdoors to maintain campus cleanliness.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of industrial cleaning procedures, tools, and equipment to meet ISO 4 and ISO 5 Cleanroom standards.
• Assist in identifying and cleaning areas not meeting Cleanroom standards.
• Ability to work within a team and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Good work habits, flexibility, and record-keeping skills compliant with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards.
• 1-2 years of experience in cleaning, sanitizing, or disinfecting, with ISO 4 Cleanroom protocol experience required. Experience with hazardous materials handling is preferred.

Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

• Work alone in confined spaces.
• Perform twisting, reaching, lifting over 50 lbs, and work in ISO 4 cleanroom requiring special garments.

Special Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Availability for first or second shift, including weekends.
• Position is not eligible for remote work.

Compensation: $31.60 - $34.99/hour plus bonus and benefits. Pay is determined by role, experience, and education.
