ABM Industries is seeking a dedicated Utility Technician to support building maintenance tasks in McLean, VA. The role involves cleaning, basic light maintenance, restocking supplies, and coordinating safety-safe operations on site.
The position offers an hourly rate of $21.40 with weekly pay. Candidates should demonstrate reliability, willingness to perform varied tasks, and strong communication to support client partnerships.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. This individual will support a building or a facility by doing things like changing light bulbs, cleaning spills, emptying trash and light mechanical maintenance. They will also do regular housekeeping to keep areas clean and safe. The Utility Technician will report safety hazards and larger maintenance problems to the customer. The Utility Technician must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
Ideal candidates will possess a positive, can-do attitude and understand the importance of building strong client partnerships through excellent communication. We are looking for someone who adapts quickly to change and is able to provide win-win solutions for both the client and ABM.
Pay: $21.40 per hour
