Job description

Perform cleaning and maintenance of food service equipment and preparation areas.
Carry out general janitorial tasks.
Maintain cleanliness in warehouse and dining areas.
Supervise program participants and their assigned chores.
Respond to emergencies appropriately.
Ensure the kitchen is securely locked at the end of each shift.
Notify maintenance of issues involving rodents and pests.
Assist with food preparation and serving.
Maintain cleanliness of walk-in refrigerators and freezers.
Perform other related duties as required.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• First Aid and CPR certification (company provided within first fourteen days)
• Tuberculosis clearance (company provided within first seven days)
• Food Handlers' certification (required, company provided)
• Experience working with issues of substance abuse, mental illness, and other barriers to self-sufficiency
