• Assemble furniture and other materials and equipment; operate light truck or van to pick up and deliver furniture, supplies, equipment and personnel.
• Perform housekeeper duties as required; operate floor equipment to strip, scrub, wax and refinish floors and baseboards; clean windows, door frames and walls; clean and service assigned areas.

Positional Summary

Perform routine manual tasks necessary to maintain Duke University buildings and facilities.

Key Position Duties

• Provide light maintenance and operational support to university groups requiring such services.

• Perform related duties as assigned or required to meet departmental, Division and University goals and objectives, as assigned by their Supervisor, Director, or respective designees.
