Job summary

WeDriveU is recruiting a Utility Worker to support the Maintenance Department, ensuring vehicles are fueled, fluids topped, and ready for service. The role includes interior inspection and light maintenance, with opportunities for training and internal transfer.

Requires 5 years of driving experience and a high school diploma or GED; Passenger Endorsement is preferred. You will contribute to a clean, safe work environment and provide timely maintenance support across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to the Maintenance Department and Technicians (e.g. vehicle washing, vehicle or facility cleaning, vehicle fueling, vehicle seat repair, fluid checks, facility maintenance, etc.) in accordance with established schedules
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment and brings any unsafe practices or conditions to the attention of supervisor
• Records time and materials used for each assignment.
• Provides automotive repair and maintenance assistance to technical staff as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Job Description

The Utility Worker will report to the Operations Management team. They will ensure all vehicles are completely fueled and fluids topped, ready for service at various times of day. They will also be responsible for Vehicle Interior inspection and light maintenance.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Provides support to the Maintenance Department and Technicians (e.g. vehicle washing, vehicle or facility cleaning, vehicle fueling, vehicle seat repair, fluid checks, facility maintenance, etc.) in accordance with established schedules
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment and brings any unsafe practices or conditions to the attention of supervisor
• Records time and materials used for each assignment.
• Provides automotive repair and maintenance assistance to technical staff as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Skills Required And Physical Demands

• Ability to multitask and pay extreme attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and problem solve.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced excel skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to lift 25+ pounds, climb stairs, and be on your feet for an extended period.

Hard Requirements
