The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a skilled utility worker to our Trio Community Meals team in Detroit, MI. As a utility worker, you will oversee sanitation operations and coordinate tasks to ensure completion.

What you'll be doing:

• Caring for and cleaning floors and table areas.
• Restocking supplies in the dining area.
• Removing and properly disposing of waste.
• Receiving and stocking inventory.
• Cleaning, maintaining, and sanitizing dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, the dish room, and other equipment.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• Ability to follow safe operating procedures and exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves:

• Prior experience in foodservice and/or maintenance roles.

Compensation Range

The pay rate is $15/hr.
