Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Active DOT medical card preferred.
• Ability to pull trailers carrying large equipment.
• Ability to pass required background checks, drug screening and physical assessments.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance and repair of utility lines and associated equipment.
• Conduct site inspections to identify hazards and ensure quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients about project status.

Skills

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and utility regulations

Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and instructions

Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools and equipment related to utility work

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Education

High school diploma or GED required

Technical training or trade school preferred
