Certus Home Services is hiring Utility Technicians who want a real career, not just a job. You''ll run a daily service route, inspect properties, apply treatments, and communicate findings to customers from a take-home company vehicle with all equipment provided.

No pest control background is required—training and licensing support are provided. This full-time role offers medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and weekly pay. A clear path to advancement is available.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license with 5+ years of driving experience and a clean record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• No pest control experience required — we''ll train you.

Responsibilities

• Run assigned service route, inspecting properties and applying treatments.
• Talk with customers about findings and actions taken on-site.
• Follow PPE and safety/compliance standards for every application.
• Track treatment results and follow up as needed.
• Keep accurate service records and maintain vehicle/equipment.
