Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Comfort working independently and outdoors.
• Customer-focused approach to routine service.

Responsibilities

• Run daily service routes across residential and commercial properties.
• Inspect properties, identify pest issues, and apply safe treatments.
• Educate customers and deliver a service experience that earns their trust.
• Spot opportunities for additional services and earn bonuses on conversions.
• Keep vehicle and equipment in top working order and maintain records.
• Follow safety, compliance and product-use standards consistently.
