Job summary

Certus Pest, Inc. is seeking Pest Control Technicians to service residential and commercial routes, inspecting properties and applying safe treatments while building lasting customer relationships.

No prior pest control experience is required; we train and license you, with a take-home company vehicle, monthly bonuses, and uncapped commissions. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k) with company match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Comfort working independently and outdoors with a strong work ethic.
• Treat route like your own business.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily service route across residential and commercial properties, building lasting relationships with customers.
• Inspect properties, identify pests, and apply safe, effective treatments.
• Educate customers and deliver a service experience that earns repeat business.
• Spot opportunities for additional services and earn bonuses on conversions.
• Maintain vehicle, equipment, and records in top condition and comply with safety standards.
