Overview
Utility Technicians are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of the City’s six (6) Wastewater Treatment Plants, lift stations, and wastewater collection system. These positions perform a variety of activities to support the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of wastewater infrastructure, including the maintenance of wastewater collection lines and related equipment. Employees are responsible for performing all duties in compliance with applicable Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) requirements, federal, state, and local laws, regulations, safety standards, and City policies.
