Job summary

Aqua is seeking a Utility Technician to join our team under the direction of the Area Supervisor. The role performs a variety of day-to-day duties related to the repair and upgrade of water distribution and wastewater collection systems, customer service, and facility upkeep.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid US driver's license, and the ability to complete a CDL permit within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communications with customers and staff.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with basic computers and work systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs repair and upgrade of water distribution and wastewater collection systems.
• Operates and maintains vehicles and equipment per procedures.
• Loads and unloads equipment and supplies at worksites.
• Reads meters as needed.
• Updates and documents work activities and closes work orders.
• Assists with other tasks or projects as assigned.
