Inframark is seeking a Utility Technician I to repair and maintain water, wastewater and drainage facilities in Winder, GA. You will perform scheduled inspections, assist with yard work, and support overall plant operations while following safety protocols.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid Driver's License, ability to operate maintenance tools, and willingness to work all shifts including on-call emergencies.

Utility Technician I

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Repairs and maintains items on water, wastewater and drainage facilities.
• Makes scheduled inspections.
• Performs lawn and gardening maintenance and repair.
• Shovels dirt and gravel.
• Maintains inventory of parts and maintenance supplies.
• Cleans office including vacuuming, sweeping, trash pickup, bathroom/kitchen clean up.
• Willing to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays, evening and 24-hour emergency on call.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or ged.

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:

Valid Driver’s License and maintains insurable driving record.

TECHNICAL

Ability to follow manual & operating instructions. Knowledge of process control techniques, maintenance procedures & safety practices. Ability to perform routine maintenance/repairs. Ability to work with required tools (including jack hammer, demolishing saw, etc.). Comfortable in and around water/raw sewage.
