You will…

• Perform installation and rodent exclusion projects;
• Follow safety and incident reporting procedures;
• Conduct handyman repairs, insulation, encapsulation, and gutter installations;
• Manage budget and complete paperwork;
• Perform termite bait installations and insulation replacements.
