Overview

OPC Pest Services, a trusted member of the Rollins Family of Brands, is rapidly expanding across Eastern Jefferson, Oldham, and Shelby County, Kentucky service areas. We are searching for a skilled Utility Technician to support our ancillary services department. This is a full-time, year-round position with excellent benefits.

This position is responsible for installing pest abatement materials such as insulation, fiberboard, siding repair—basic carpentry skills are required.

Responsibilities

Our mission is to help protect our customers' health and property by providing valuable, high-quality solutions delivered by passionate professionals. The Utility Technician—Skilled Labor is key to delivering on this purpose.

You will…

• Install ancillary services for pest control solutions such as encasements, insulation, termite bait installations;
• Perform skilled remediation services for homeowners by repairing pest damage;
• Deliver high-quality pest management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to residential, industrial, institutional, and commercial customers;

• Build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs in controlling pest matters;
• Seek opportunities for customer base growth;
• Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing pest management services;
• Develop and maintain records of field activities, such as service tickets, inspection reports, and service agreements;
