Job summary

Gwynedd Manufacturing is seeking a dependable Utility Team Member to maintain a clean, organized kitchen and front-of-house areas in a weekday schedule. This role supports a team-focused environment with a strong emphasis on safety and standard procedures.

The position offers day shifts, no night or weekend work, and generous benefits including PTO. You will help with dishwashing, basic food prep, and maintaining beverage stations while ensuring food safety guidelines are followed.

• Basic understanding of personal and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and equipment following approved cleaning procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and service areas.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and basic food preparation as assigned.
• Stock and maintain beverage stations, condiments, and service areas.
• Remove trash, manage fryer oil disposal, and perform routine cleaning tasks.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical handling guidelines.
• Engage in constructive feedback practices that promote accountability, growth, and team excellence.
• Assist with food preparation and production as needed or directed.
• Maintain the entire canteen, including front-of-house areas
• Sweep and mop as needed.
• Champion a culture of cleanliness by proactively performing deep cleaning, maintaining detailed spot cleaning, and ensuring an organized work environment.
