Job summary

Kalmbach Feeds Inc. is expanding its New Bremen team and seeks dependable individuals to help maintain the cleanliness and organization of our office and production facility. This role helps ensure operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while you stay active throughout the day.

You will work as part of a hardworking, supportive team, performing routine cleaning, inventorying supplies, and assisting with special projects as needed. A strong work ethic and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping and/or vacuuming spilled feed from aisles, under racks, and between pallets
• Sweeping mill tower upper levels
• Parking and facility’s lot cleaning
• Emptying trash cans and bins regularly
• Wiping down tables, chairs, desks, and appliances; keeping office and break area clean
• Weekly cleaning of printers, wrappers, and other warehouse equipment
• Cleaning production cabinets and charging stations as required
• Inventorying cleaning equipment and supplies
• Duties assigned by manager, including special projects and parts inventories

About the Role

As Kalmbach Feeds continues to grow rapidly, we are expanding our New Bremen team. We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to help maintain the cleanliness and organization of our office and production facility. This role is essential in ensuring that our operations run efficiently and safely. Primary Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Sweeping and/or vacuuming spilled feed from aisles, under racks, and between pallets


• Sweeping mill tower upper levels


• Parking and Facility’s lot cleaning


• Emptying trash cans and bins regularly


• Keeping the office & break area clean and clutter-free; wiping down tables and chairs, desk, and appliances


• Performing weekly cleaning of printers, wrappers, and other warehouse equipment


• Cleaning production cabinets and charging stations as required


• Responsible for inventorying cleaning equipment and supplies


• Duties assigned by manager as seen fit; not limited to special projects and parts inventories
